I wake up one morning trying to figure things out. The world seems blurry around me; uncertain and bleak. I start to question why life has different meanings. The answer, so naive and plain, that life is fortified with smooth roads and harsh obstacles to make us full in our dimensions. And that what makes life worth living.

Slept the holiday blues away, I figured the loneliness and the excruciating wanting will ebb away through osmosis. What were the chances of that happening?
Aimlessly surfed on a couple of websites, trying so hard to push away thoughts of merriment and festivities. No such luck there either.
Buried my nose in a confronting, insightful book, my mind constantly wanders to the life I used to have led. Nothing seems to work.
I virtually did all I could to soothe this yearning; to no avail.
Put on some sappy Filipino movie, that I'm not so fond of, just to seemingly drown out creeping reminiscent scenarios of yesteryears... so vivid and compelling. Yet it drowned me in deep tears, drenched my pillows.
This yearning...
It's about time that I need a cuddle.
